There’s a quiet moment that comes, often after the intensity of menopause starts to ease the flushes are less frequent, the fog begins to lift, the nights stretch out with a little more sleep.

And in that stillness, a new question begins to whisper:

“Who am I now?”

For a long time, menopause felt like a slow unravelling. But looking back, I see now it was also a clearing. A deep, sacred shedding of the things I no longer needed.

If you’re reaching that point too, or even just beginning to imagine it, I want to tell you something important:
